SPR# JKEN5AUMDZ - This fix prevents a partial meeting invitation from being created when a cluster member goes down and failover occurs. If a Notes Client can send a meeting invitation via cluster failover, but it cannot save the meeting in the chairperson's calendar, then failover won't be allowed. This fix prevents invitees from getting invitations that the chair has no meeting for.
